Assistant Marketing Manager Full Time

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager – Retail & E-Commerce | Doha, Qatar

A leading diversified business group in Qatar is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive 360° marketing strategy and digital execution across their retail chains & e-commerce platforms (mix of international brands + homegrown concepts).

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital & traditional channels

✔ Drive performance marketing, customer acquisition & retention

✔ Manage agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

✔ Own brand communication, promotions & seasonal campaigns

✔ Analyse campaign ROI & insights for better decision-making

What You Bring:

➡ 8+ years of experience in Marketing (Retail/E-Commerce mandatory)

➡ Strong digital marketing background (Google, Meta, SEO, App, etc.)

➡ E-commerce/Shopify exposure preferred.

➡ Excellent communication & project management skills

➡ Fluent in English mandatory (Hindi a plus)

➡ Qatar experience mandatory

➡ Managed a team and handled agency & Vendors for marketing executions.
