Job Profile:

·         Leading, managing and controlling an effective sales and support team of over a 70 people towards achieving sales targets and contributing towards organizational objectives.

·         Coordinating with interdepartmental Head of Sections and other departments to maintain proper flow of work.

·         Assigning individual and section tasks and targets in order to achieve long-term objectives.

·         Co-planning, developing and implementing effective sales and CRM strategies with top management and departmental heads to maximize sales by acquiring new and retaining existing customers.

·         To Manage and evaluate the routine performance of individual departments and divisions on a timely basis.

·         Maintaining showroom staff performance results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

·         Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing by conducting weekly market survey.

·         Personally handling showroom maintenance requirements with maintenance manager (Electricity, cleanliness, security, display, CCTV, elevator, escalator and many more)

·         Approving sales returns/refunds as per company policy.

·         Monitoring the follow up of solving any dented items issues with suppliers by replacing or returning them in coordination with Head of Sections.

·         Organizing of showroom staff duty schedule and day offs on weekly/monthly basis.
