Our birth, Who we are, What we do
During the course of our extensive market research our ProJobs4You team found a very interesting and crucial fact about women across the globe tending to drop out of work after marriage or after the birth of a child, or owing to various reasons and after a certain period of time, even if they want to, they are unable to get back to work as companies do not hire permanent employees who have been out of work for such a period.
This critical information inspired our founder Ms. Saritha Reshma Shaik to come up with a platform that could enable such women to get back2 work, and once again live a life that they had once lived, which could make them self-sufficient and play a vital role in building their self-esteem. This gave birth to Back2Work4You.
Norman D’souza started as a Recruitment Head and worked with Projobs4you and has been a key Pillar & Backbone in the development and execution of this idea . He believes strongly in Women empowerment and strives to makes this platform a success each day!. He is a true visionary and has given complete selfless dedication to this cause.
