• Follow up with the assigned contractors for job in hand projects for the lighting opportunities.
• Making BOQ, client quotations, product technical datasheet, Technical submittal and compliance statement to the respective client and perform lux calculations.
• Analyzing cost and sales .
• Providing samples, taking approvals from the consultants.
• Closed working with the contractors, consultants, site engineers etc.
• Ability to Design product Technical datasheet and product catalogue and Lighting applications.( interior lighting, exterior lighting, street lighting, façade lighting, Emergency lighting, Aviation lighting).
• Designing and Performing Lux calculations ( photometric results, 3D Rendering, False color rendering etc by Dialux.

• Instructing and demonstrating with schematic Diagrams of circuits to technicians about wiring and testing of Emergency kit integration with the Lighting fixtures and also suggesting customization of light fixture as per client requirement.
• And providing Technical support to the client.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality,price and delivery.

• Selection of suitable light fixture as per the project specification requirement from different source i.e (Manufacturers/suppliers/Distributors) from all over the world.
• Taking prices from (Manufacturers/Suppliers/Distributors) directly and then doing costing based on our company standards and volume of requirement considering (Ex-work prices, Currency exchange rate, Freight & Margins).
• Exploring and connecting with new manufacturers and making business collaboration.
• Negotiating with the manufacturers and procuring light fittings for projects and retail purpose.
• Tracking the ordered material shipments and coordinating with manufacturers and shipping agents for the shipment and its clearance.
• In order to get approval of our brand in the consultant, municipal, public works Authority, Aviation Authority and other Govt. project vendor list submitting the required documents from manufacturer and complying construction standards and kahramaa standards as well as and design and specified light fitting in the project specification also.
• Updating weekly report to the manager of ongoing , Job on hand and Tender projects status.
• Closing the orders, executing, and payment collection.
